The iAm Player mobile application, software and web platform (the "Service") are published by Steeven Danieau, an independent developer based in France.

2. Hosting

Our backend infrastructure and database are hosted by:

3. Intellectual property

The interface, source code, logo and graphic elements of the iAm Player application are the exclusive property of their creator.

4. Content disclaimer

iAm Player is solely a media player. The app does not provide, host, transmit or distribute any audiovisual content, playlists or video streams of any kind.

Users must provide their own content, such as personal videos or legal IPTV streams supplied by their telecommunications provider or an authorised content creator. The publisher of iAm Player accepts no responsibility for the nature or legality of content that users load into the app.

5. Copyright compliance

The use of unauthorised, pirated or otherwise infringing sources is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for the links and credentials they add to the app.

If we receive a credible report of copyright infringement, we may suspend or delete the accounts involved, in accordance with applicable regulations.
